Mexican + German = Taco Brat

Taco Brat is a Taqueria y Brathaus located in Costa Mesa, California. It sounds weird to mix Mexican and German food but believe when I say that it taste good. I tried the Germexican Nachos and they were delicious. The nachos were a combination of chips, tater tots, kielbasa, black beans, Respeto queso, guacamole, tomato, green onion, cotija, table salsa, and chicharron. The tater tots were a sweet surprise and the kielbasa had a good spice kick.
